Former Hot Wheels designer and owner of Kaido House Jun Ima recently released a collaboration with DGK, offering jackets, shirts, banners, stickers, and skate decks. While the Kaido House brand isn’t inherently related to kaido racers, Jun often draws inspiration from early-generation kaido racers and grachan-era cars.
One particular design from this release stands out as an actual kaido racer. It appears to pull from a few different cars, as the rear half of the car is inspired by a first-generation Toyota Celica coupe and the front half as a Nissan Skyline Kenmeri. Some other notable parts are the S30 Nissan Fairlady Z tail lights, Mazda RX-3 Savanna works flares, deppa, oil cooler, tare-me headlights, SSR Starsharks, and a takeyari muffler.
